Where an email QR code does the work

Support and service desks

An "Email us" code on packaging, receipts or a help poster opens a message already addressed to the right inbox - no squinting at a long support address.

Stands and name badges

At a trade show, visitors fire off an enquiry with the subject already set, so leads arrive pre-sorted instead of scribbled on a business card.

Print ads and flyers

Magazines, leaflets and posters get a measurable reply channel without printing a long address that people mistype.

Forms and feedback

Schools, clubs and councils collect replies to a fixed inbox with a set subject line, so incoming mail more or less files itself.

Make "email us" a one-scan job

A printed email code drops people straight into a pre-addressed message with your subject and text ready - far better than hoping they copy an address correctly. The QR Scanner App reads these codes and shows you where they lead first, and lets you build email, contact and link codes on the move. Basic scanning is free; the extras are a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Email QR Code FAQ

When scanned, the code opens the phone's email app with your recipient, subject and message already filled in - the person just reviews and taps send. It uses the standard mailto link that every iPhone and Android understands.
No, only the recipient address is required. A subject and message are optional, but pre-filling them makes replying quicker and keeps the incoming mail tidy and easy to filter.
Just a mailto link with the address, subject and body you entered - no tracking and no redirect. It is built on your device and never uploaded, so the only copy is the image you download.
It needs a mail app configured (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and so on). If none is set up, the phone offers to add one. For audiences who may not have email handy, an SMS or contact code can be a better fit.
This tool keeps it to one recipient plus subject and message for maximum compatibility. Most mail apps also understand cc and bcc in a mailto link, but support varies by device, so test before printing at scale.
