Where an event QR code saves the day

Invitations and save-the-dates

Weddings and parties let guests add the date in one tap, with no fiddly manual calendar entry.

Conferences and webinars

Each talk's code drops it into attendees' calendars with the room, time and a reminder.

Classes and appointments

Gyms, clinics and tutors cut no-shows by making "add to calendar" effortless.

Posters and tickets

Gigs and community events get remembered because they land in the calendar, not on a flyer in a drawer.

Get your event into their calendar, not just on a flyer

An event code adds the date, time and place to someone's calendar in a single tap - so it is still there when the poster has long gone. The QR Scanner App reads these codes (showing the details first) and lets you build event, contact and link codes on the move. Basic scanning is free; the extras are a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Event QR Code FAQ

It stores the event in the standard iCalendar format. When scanned, the phone offers to add it - with title, time and location - to the calendar app in one tap.
A title and a start date. Location, end time and description are optional; leave the end time blank and it defaults to the start time.
Yes. The iCalendar format is understood by both, so the code works with the built-in camera on modern phones and with any QR scanner app.
Only the event details you entered - no tracking, no account. It is generated on your device and never uploaded, so the event lives only inside the image you download.
Times use the values you enter, in the scanner's local time. For events across time zones, add the zone to the title or description so guests are clear, and double-check the start and end before printing.
